Rajni is like family around the ashram. She was living there for the past two years working as an Ayurvedic massage therapist while pursuing her Masters degree in the town of Rishikesh.
In October 2011 she graduated from the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT-200), an intense month-long training course, which prepares students to go out into the world with confidence to safely teach the Akhanda style of yoga.
After graduation Rajni returned to her village to spend time with family while looking for her first job as a yoga teacher. We at Helping Hands for India are extremely proud of her and her accomplishments and will continue to follow her successes.
